The Foothill Knights will be hosting a home game Saturday to face off against the Chaminade Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on February 10th. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.<\/p>\n
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Foothill had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Cougars a 4-0 shutout.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Chaminade has not lost a match since December 12, 2023, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They came out on top against Oxnard by a score of 3-1.<\/p>\n
Chaminade was led to victory by the tag-team duo of Kaia Carruthers and Natalie Kokenda, who scored all three of Chaminade’s goals. The pair have combined for a total of 33 so far this season.
